What affects the price?
Three things: how much there is, how heavy or awkward it is, and how easy it is to reach. Stairs, tight hallways and long carries add to the job.
What should I tell you when I ask for a quote?
What needs to go, roughly how much of it there is, where it is in the property, and your city. If there are stairs or an elevator, tell us that too.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for military, veterans and first responders. Mention it when you ask for your quote. About the discount.
What we take
What do you haul away?
Household junk, bulk items, furniture, appliances, yard waste and storm debris and construction debris, plus garage cleanouts and property cleanouts.
Is there anything you can't take?
Yes. We can't take paint, stains and solvents, fuel, oil and antifreeze, propane tanks, pesticides and pool chemicals, asbestos, or medical or biohazard waste. Ask us if you're not sure about something.
Will you take just one item?
Yes. Jobs run from a single couch or appliance to a whole property.
Do you take down sheds, decks and fences?
Yes. Light demolition covers sheds, decks, hot tubs, gazebos, fences, playsets and swing sets, taken down and hauled away.
What happens to my things after you haul them away?
Usable items are donated. Anything that can't be reused is disposed of.
Access and the day of the job
Do I have to carry everything outside first?
Tell us where it is when you ask for your quote, and we'll confirm what you need to do before we arrive.
Do I have to sort or bag things first?
No. Tell us what's staying and what's going, and we take it from there.
Can you take things from an upstairs room, an apartment or a condo?
Tell us about stairs, an elevator or parking when you ask for your quote. Access is one of the things that affects the price.
Can you clear part of a space and leave the rest?
Yes. You decide what goes. Anything you want to keep stays where it is.

When are you open?
Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can send the quote form at any time.
How soon can you come?
Tell us when you need it gone when you ask for your quote, and we'll tell you what we have open.
